The Life Wheel (practical exercise)

How balanced is your life? Ideally we want the circle to be whole. We measure based on how full each bucket is.

Centre being empty, outside being full and flourishing. Mark on each section where you are at in this current moment, join the dots and see which areas are strong and which are lacking.

Remember health is more than just what you eat and how much you exercise. This tool is designed to allow you to see areas that are a little leaky and need some work.

Maybe this week you can pay attention to one of the other buckets or key areas instead of the ones that are already thriving.
